Join us for classes, group sessions, community events and other activities at Clay Works!
Adults and youth groups and individual classes are available at Clay Works! If you're a beginner, our hand-building and throwing on the wheel classes offer the perfect opportunity to get your hands dirty, play with some clay and unleash your creativity. Seasoned potters and beginners and will enjoy our studio camaraderie and group sessions, where you can ask questions, share ideas, laughs and insights while honing your skills. We also host seasonal community activities where you can drop in and create a small clay project. Whether you want to enjoy time with friends, schedule a team-building event, or simply looking for a fun outing with loved ones, group activities with clay provides a fun collaborative experience.

Sgraffito Workshop
Sgraffito is a surface decoration technique that involves carving through a thin layer of underglaze to reveal the clay beneath. The effects scan be quite striking!
Practice on a ceramic tile to learn the technique. Then refine your skills and create your own design on a ceramic spoon rest.
This is a really fun technique that requires no previous clay experience. Make it a date night or evening out with friends. All pieces will be glazed and fired for you to take home and enjoy.

Come create a beautiful pumpkin luminary to light up your Thanksgiving table. Pumpkins will be made using templates cut out of soft clay slabs.
